Terms

These terms are between Kivvly LLC (“Kivvly”) and the school that opens an account. The school is the customer. Questions: info@kivvly.com.

Plans are listed on the pricing page. As of October 7, 2026 they are Small center $49 a month (1–40 students), Mid-sized center $79 (41–100), Large center $99 (101–200), and Enterprise, custom from $149 (201+). Student count is the sum across the operator's centers. A second center is the multi-center add-on at $29 a month.

There is a free trial. No credit card is required to explore. No long-term contract. When the school subscribes, it is billed for the plan that fits enrollment.

When families pay the school, the charge runs through Stripe. Kivvly adds 0.25% on top of Stripe's rates. Parents pay the school. They do not pay Kivvly.

Payment processing for a school on Kivvly is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service. By connecting Stripe, the school agrees to that agreement. Stripe's agreement is at https://stripe.com/connect-account/legal/full.

Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored in Kivvly.

The school can cancel anytime. Access runs through the period already paid, then 30 days to export, then the account closes. Records are not deleted the hour a school cancels. The current period is not refunded unless Kivvly says so in writing.

Turning off the multi-center add-on follows the same clock: through the paid period, then 30 days. After that, the center the school picks stays open. Other centers lock. Their data is kept. Kivvly does not delete those centers on its own.

Closing a school is not the same as deleting a login. Deleting a login is on the Support page. A parent's request does not erase a child from the school.
