Kivvly is the app schools use for attendance, messages, billing, and the school calendar. The school is our customer. We do not charge parents.

Parents and guardians: for a question about your child, your bill, or a school event, start with your school. They own the roster. Email us if the app itself is the problem.
Delete your login
You can ask us to delete your Kivvly login. Email info@kivvly.com with the subject “Delete my Kivvly account” and the email on the account.
Deleting your login removes your sign-in and your profile. It does not remove your child from the school. Attendance, charges, messages, and signed papers stay with the center, because those records belong to the school.
If you are the only owner on a school account, we will confirm before closing the school. Closing the school follows the subscription you already have: access through the paid period, then 30 days to export, then the account closes.
We reply to confirm what was deleted and what the school still keeps.
