How payments work
When families pay tuition, the charge runs through Stripe. Kivvly adds a small 0.25% on top of Stripe's published rates, so money talks stay simple and kind. There is no second processor and no surprise fee from us.
A $485 tuition payment is a clear picture of the scale. Kivvly's 0.25% on that charge is $1.21. Stripe's published US rates as of August 2026 are 2.9% plus 30 cents for cards, and 0.8% for ACH, capped at $5.
Parents pay the school. They never pay Kivvly. We never sell to parents or charge them. The school is our only customer.
