Security

Kivvly stores school and family records so the center can run the day. This page says where that data lives. It is not a certification.

The database, logins, and uploaded files are hosted by Supabase. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. Kivvly does not keep the full card number.

Staff sign in to the school dashboard. Guardians sign in to the parent app. Those are separate logins. A guardian cannot open the staff dashboard.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run ads on it.

A lost password is reset by email. To delete a login, use the steps on Support.

Questions: info@kivvly.com. Privacy has the full list of what we store.
